I was raised and groomed by my grandmother, Alice Edwards, until she passed away in 1967. I have 17 other siblings, 4 have passed away. I graduated from Greene Central High School, Snow Hill, N. C., in 1973. I was married 44 years to the late Isaac Hall. I have three children. I am the Pastor Founder of Chara Ministries Deliverance Center

I am the Pastor/Founder of Chara Ministries Deliverance Center & Chara’s Community & Developmental Complex, Inc. I serve as the administrative assistant to the Bishop of Northwest B Conference of The United American FWB Denomination. I serve also as the registrar of the United American FWB Denomination to The National Convention of FWB Churches, Inc. I am a member of NWB District 1 and serve as the choir director.
