On September 21st, we enter a rare and powerful alignment — a Solar Eclipse paired with the New Moon. This is a cosmic invitation to release outdated stories, dissolve unconscious patterns, and step courageously into your next chapter.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork and guided journaling, we will open a sacred space for deep release and renewal. The breath will carry you beyond the chatter of the mind, into the subconscious — where old emotions, stored trauma, and limiting beliefs are ready to be transformed. What always follows is a return to stillness, clarity, and the bliss of reconnecting with your highest self.

The Solar Eclipse marks endings and beginnings. The New Moon whispers possibility. Together, they invite you to:
