Directions to use
Mix 1/2 to 1 full serving with 125ml - 250ml water immediately after training to replete muscle creatine stores and promote an anabolic muscle response. For best results, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day and ensure you consume ample protein and carbohydrates to faciliate muscle growth and recovery from exercise.
