La Rural Sumoll100% Sumoll wine highlighting a traditional Catalan variety. The grapes were harvested by hand and 50% were deposited in a sealed underground stainless steel tank for 7 days of carbonic maceration, the other half was destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2 days.
