- Features a high-flow front mount intercooler core with over 1000cfm flow rate.
- Core boasts a 70 percent larger internal flow area than the OEM intercooler.
- Aerodynamically cast end tanks and internal flow dividers optimize airflow.
- Constructed with TIG-welded end tanks and a hand-fabricated steel lower support beam for durability.
- Includes Full-Race Aluminum Charge Piping for both hot and cold sides (3-inch diameter).
- Includes a cast aluminum Y-Pipe for a stronger, better-fitting intercooler upgrade.
Notes
- The upgraded intercooler lowers Inlet Air Temperatures (IAT) by over 90 degrees Fahrenheit compared to OEM at maximum load.
- The design maintains a pressure drop of less than 1psi at 700+ horsepower airflow rates.
- Fully compatible with OEM Electronic Blow Off Valve and Turbosmart Vee Port EM BOV.
- The kit is compatible with various aftermarket front-end upgrades such as steel bumpers or bull bars.
- Professional installation is recommended.
