We’ve infused fragrant malt into the cake and let it rest overnight to truly attain a deeper flavour. On top of each slice lies a beautiful spread of fresh and airy malted chantily cream. Our gorgeous drizzle has notes of both dulce de leche and white chocolate! We’ve also topped the cake with gently roasted macadamias and gold leaf for that extra razzmatazz! Definitely a crowd pleaser…
