- Designed for Dana 30 front axles
- Lower control arm brackets with standard 9/16" mounting hole
- Constructed from 3/16" and 1/4" mild steel
- In-house CNC laser cut components
- Peaked top truss design for increased rigidity and reduced weight
- Dimpled holes to reduce weight while maintaining strength
- Contours to the cast steel differential housing
- Upper control arm mounts integrated into a high-clearance differential bridge
- Compatible with bushing or Johnny Joint style upper control arms
- Truss extends under coil buckets to the inner C for full axle rigidity
- Coil spring brackets and bump stop pads integrated into the axle truss
- Main truss provides fixture points for suspension bracket alignment
- Improved shock bracket positioning compared to factory locations
- Designed using OEM and axle manufacturer 3D models for fit and clearance
- Reduced welding requirement compared to previous designs
