5 Nivoa vežbi ruku, ramena i ledja 

Rekvizit se sastoji od 2+2 rukohvata, 5 većih opruga koje mogu da se skidaju i stavljaju po potrebi i 8 malih opruga koje ne mogu da se skidaju ali mogu da se otkače po potrebi.  
Set opruga za razvlačenje je namenjen za vežbanje mišića ramenog pojasa, ledjnih mišića, mišića ruku, kao i mišića šake i podlaktice.  
Prilikom vežbanja mišića šake i podlaktice koristi se manji (crveni) rukohvat i mini opruge se podese/otkače tako da odgovaraju potrebama vežbača.  
U zavisnosti od broja mini opruga možete napraviti ukupno 4 nivoa vežbanja. Jedna opruga za nivo jedan (najslabiji), a četiri opruge za nivo četiri (najjači).  
Kada se rade vežbe za ramena, ledja i mišiće ruku koristi se veći (crni) rukohvat i veće opruge koje se skidaju i stavljaju po potrebi. Moguće je napraviti ukupno 5 nivoa vežbanja u zavisnosti od toga koliko se opruga stavi.  
Jedna opruga za nivo jedan (najslabiji), a pet opruga za najjači nivo.
