- PERFECT FOR. Matthews Organic Strong White is perfect for artisan bread, sourdough base flour, sourdough starter, pizza dough, buns, flatbreads, dinner rolls, sandwiches, white bread, bagels, and any other bread recipes.
- TOP TIPS. 1: For yeasted breads, select the right yeast; fast-acting is best for bread machines. 2: Use a digital scale for accurate measurements. 3: Don’t over- or under-knead; you should be able to stretch your dough 2 to 4 inches without it breaking apart. 4: Use the poke test: if there’s a small indentation and very slow spring back after a poke, you’re on to a winner.

My honest review
Lightweight Protection with No White Cast
I am very satisfied with this sunscreen. The texture is lightweight, it absorbs quickly, and it truly leaves a "no-cast" finish—without that white layer that many sunblocks tend to leave behind. Plus, it feels hydrating thanks to the collagen, so it works beautifully under makeup or on its own for everyday wear.
It offers excellent SPF 50+ PA++++ protection against UVA and UVB rays and leaves no greasy residue. The size is convenient for carrying in a bag or taking along on trips.
After using it for several days, my skin feels protected, soft, and comfortable, even in hot weather. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, hydrating sunscreen with a natural finish.

Love it
This has become my everyday sunscreen and I genuinely love it. It’s lightweight, super hydrating, and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling most sunscreens do. It blends in beautifully and sits perfectly under makeup, which is a must for me.
