De boosaardige koning der Koopa's Bowser heeft prinses Peach gekidnapt en het is aan Mario en Luigi om haar uit zijn grijpgrage klauwen te redden.Dit avontuur kunnen spelers alleen beleven, maar op elk moment kunnen anderen meehelpen. Uiteindelijk kan er met vier spelers tegelijk gesprongen worden in de diverse platformlevels. Spelers moeten niet alleen samenwerken om schildpadden en ander gespuis te verslaan, maar elkaar ook te snel af zijn om uiteindelijk de winnaar van het level te worden. Zo kunnen spelers elkaar het ene moment helpen bij het verslaan van een lastige vijand, om elkaar het volgende moment de afgrond in te duwen en er met de munten vandoor te gaan.
Om de vijanden te verslaan, kan elk personage voorwerpen verzamelen om speciale krachten te krijgen. Bekende voorwerpen als paddenstoelen en vuurbloemen zijn aanwezig, maar er zijn ook enkele nieuwe voorwerpen, zoals het propellorpak waarmee jij én een tweede speler de lucht in kunnen vliegen en het pinguïnpak waarmee sneeuwballen gegooid kunnen worden.

Picky dog approved!

I have wasted so much money on dog balls that they won't even pick up! They finally were obsessed with the Kong rubber green/blue or red/blue ones, but they're $3+. each, and they break from the dogs squishing it. I honestly had zero expectations on these, and they BOTH picked them up on the first throw! That's huge!!
Seem to work fine in the ChuckIt.
As for the squeaker, at first I was like "Oh nooooo." when they both loudly started! Much to my (and my neighbors') happiness, the squeakers stopped working after a couple minutes. 🤣
