Oraal: 2 x per dag 1 à 2 druppels. Te nemen verdund in een lepel honing of in een kruideninfusie.Huid: Massage, bad: 1 à 2 druppels per 10 ml plantaardige olie.Verstuiven: 2 à 5 druppels in functie van uw smaak of van de grootte van de kamer.
