The Thermomix® Cutter+ is designed to slice, grate and spiralize a wide range of ingredients for TM5 and TM6 users. Its compact 4‑in‑1 reversible disc delivers four cutting results: fine shred (approx. 1–2 mm), coarse shred (approx. 4–5 mm), thin slice (approx. 1–2 mm) and thick slice (approx. 4–5 mm). Clear indicators on the disc help you choose the correct side for each task. On TM6, specific automatic modes are available for each cutting option to streamline preparation.

A dedicated cutting basket fits directly into the mixing bowl to collect the slices and shreds. This helps keep the mixing bowl clean and ready for the next cooking step once you remove the basket and central shaft. For extra variety, you can add the Thermomix® Spiralizer (separate accessory), which creates regular, neat spirals in the desired width.
