Rosso rubino. Ottenuto da uve sangiovese, canaiolo e syrah, provenienti da vigne di circa 30 anni, dopo l'accurata vendemmia affina in barriques, tini e botti per un anno. Il risultato è un vino "classico", che unisce grazia e profondità.
Si abbina con carni alla griglia, ma grazie alla sua versatilità può accompagnare anche il caciucco.
