Het wordt duidelijk welk voedsel het lichaam versterkt, wat schade berokkent en welke verzorging nodig is. De witte straal zuivert ook de aura en houdt deze schoon. Zowel voor de eigen aura, als ook voor ruimtes en plaatsen kunnen de Elohim olie, zirkonia en kristal worden gebruikt. Ik heb ze ook na ongelukken of pijnlijke gebeurtenissen ingezet, om de schok uit het lichaam vrij te maken. Vooral aanbevelenswaardig is hij voor de hotelkamer. Hij zuivert de ruimte en het bed en houdt de aura schoon. Ondersteunend is de combinatie van de witte en de groene straal: een druppeltje op een tissue of zakdoek doen. Oefening bij het thema
Stel je voor, de witte straal van de Elohim reinigt je als een douche of een waterval. Observeer, hoe hij door alle lagen van je aura stroomt en dan in elk deel van je lichaam werkt. Hij zuivert en reinigt tot in alle cellen. Wanneer men deze meditatie iedere ochtend en iedere avond uitvoert, bijvoorbeeld onder de douche of voor het inslapen, reinigt men zich van de nachtelijke processen en de gebeurtenissen van de dag.

Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new.
I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits.
I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally.
Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth....then awesome sauce!
I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth.
I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Im happy to report back again in a month or so with outcome plus before and after photos👍🏽

A Fluoride‑Free Toothpaste the Whole Family Honestly Loves

I never thought I’d describe toothpaste as “fun,” but here we are... I bought this Boka strawberry mango flavor for my toddler — I figured he would enjoy this over a mint flavor because what kid enjoys a harsh, burning feeling? It smells fruity and tastes like a smoothie. We are still practicing brushing but this toothpaste helps encourage the importance of daily teeth maintenance. Also, I love that it’s fluoride-free and I am not worried if it's swallowed. It is pricier than I would prefer, but it has lasted so long that I've came to terms that it's worth the cost.
