The MX Blood Pressure Monitor comes with WHO Blood Pressure Risk Indicator and Arrhythmia Detection (IHB). The mx Maxi Blood pressure monitor features an extra-large screen that makes checking blood pressure much easier. Still small and portable, it's ideal for patients needing to manage their blood pressure from home. The fully-automatic upper-arm style monitor effectively manages hypertension on an ongoing basis and is ideal for home use. The device accurately detects Irregular Heartbeat, indicates average BP rating and has been tested and approved by the WHO (World Health Organisation). The mx Health fully automatic electronic blood pressure monitor is for use by medical professionals or at home, and is a non-invasive blood pressure measurement system. It measures the diastolic and systolic blood pressures and pulse rate of an adult individual by using a non-invasive technique in which an inflatable cuff is wrapped around the upper arm.
Blood pressure measurements determined by this monitor are equivalent to those obtained by a trained observer using the cuff/stethoscope auscultation method, within the limits prescribed by the American National Standard In stitute, Electronic or automated sphygmomanometers.
