Warranty Information
Med-Mizer, Inc warrants to the original purchaser that its products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years on the mechanical frame and 1 year on components.
This warranty includes replacement parts or chair replacement at Med-Mizer’s discretion. It does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow provided instructions. Alterations or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Product returns for warranty service may be required.
