Harvested from the rugged Cornish coastline using sustainable fishing methods, our dressed crabs are a testament to the region's rich marine ecosystem. Our expert team carefully picks the meat from cooked fish, creating a delicious combination of white and brown meat within the shell. While we do our best to remove all traces of shell, occasional fragments may remain. We recommend checking gently before consuming.

Note: Due to market fluctuations and weather conditions, we may occasionally need to send frozen, which will arrive partially defrosted. To maintain a high-quality presentation, we use cleaned shells and fill them with our hand-picked meat. Please note that these shells may be smaller than the original.
