The AAP01 is a blend of the legendary Ruger-style pistol with a modern design and G17 series magazine compatibility. The upper and lower receiver are made of durable polymer with metal inserts for the working components.

The lightweight bolt and short-stroke action system provide the user with a considerable amount of recoil as well as fast cycling, making it ideal for engaging multiple targets not only in tactical scenarios but also in competitive shooting.

The selector switch is accessible after pulling the bolt back. The barrel end is equipped with a 14mm CCW thread for suppressors. The upper receiver also features a high-visibility fiber optic sight and mounting points on the underside, as well as a top rail for accessories such as flashlights and red dot sights (rails not included).
