After his initial breakcore, dubstep and electro beginnings as Math Head and Campos Verdes, Brooklyn's wunderkind Ben Deitz made his debut as Passions in 2007 with the explosive single "Emergency", which swept the dance charts instantly, gaining acclaim from artists like Girl Talk, MSTRKRFT, Simian Mobile Disco, Fischerspooner. After perfecting a riotous style of electro-punk with a multitude of remixes and chaotic live shows, the sound of Passions evolved into much more personal, darker, colder, atmospheric post-punk experiments that remind us of Cabaret Voltaire and Joy Division. He had something to tell us about how he was feeling inside. Ben unexpectedly passed away on May 9, 2015, leaving us his Passions album, a precious gift of his talented spirit. A gift that Dead Wax Records presents in the form of a passion-red, translucent vinyl, housed in a heavy matt finish sleeve with black inner sleeve. An exclusive short run of 265 copies.

So Much Fun! High Quality & Perfect Alexa Smart Integration.

I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must.
The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient.
It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. You can change the colors instantly to give the room whatever mood or feel you are in the mood for. The build quality feels solid, and after months of daily, continuous use, the durability is excellent with no flickering or dimming. It has truly added a new level of enjoyment and style to my office space.

CONS:

Perfection for my space

I already own a few led lights from this company but these are on edge they deserve 500/10 stars in installation was extremely easy controlling with the app and the included remote controller which is wired they are extremely fun to use and very high quality light bars that are a great fit almost anywhere the versatility is great and can be used at any mood or time with the app or wired controller Thank you GOVEE

Cool light bars

Lights work great. Easy to install and connect to the app. Endless color options and they fit perfect on my desk. I stuck two of the behind my monitor and two on the side to make nice ambient light. I like that you dont need the app to turn on the lights.

Decent Light Bars, But More Options in the App
Color: Black
The Govee RGBIC Light Bars are pretty decent overall. The lights are bright and add a nice atmosphere behind the TV. The 15-inch bars fit well for a TV setup in the 45–70 inch range, and the different placement options make it easy to set them up the way you want.
They do have some regular lighting settings you can use without connecting to the app, which is convenient if you just want simple colors. Setup is fairly easy and they look clean behind the TV.
That said, I do wish there were more options available without having to rely on the app. The basic settings work fine, but it would be nice to have a few more built-in modes.
Overall, they’re solid lights that look good and work well, especially if you like adding ambient lighting to your TV area.
