The supercardioid polar pattern features a narrow pickup pattern that focuses audio capture tightly on the sound source in front of the capsule, helping to reduce bleed from other on-stage sources and keep feedback from sound-reinforcement equipment under control.

The V7 MC1 X capsule is compatible with all Shure handheld transmitters equipped with an interchangeable capsule design. It is not compatible with BLX and GLX-D Series transmitters.
