artist bio
Kaj Sigurd Siesjö was a Swedish visual artist, born January 27, 1920 in Gothenburg.

Siesjö first worked as a furniture maker before moving on to fine arts. He studied at the Skånska painting school in Malmö 1943–1945 and at Wadsjærs painting school in Copenhagen 1946–1946 and at Otte Skölds painting school in Stockholm 1946–1947 and during a number of study trips to France and Spain. His early work was naturalistic, but after visiting Paris in 1949 he came into contact with the Modern art streams that had a profound influence on him. His work shifted to abstract forms and semi-figurative work, with a strong cubist influence.

Together with Bengt Orup and Torsten Hult he formed the artist group Grupp III who conducted joint exhibitions and published their own graphics folders. He was a student and aide to Pär Siegård painting the choir frescoes in the Gustav Adolf church in Borås and Emitslöv church and Norra Sandby church 1950-1953. He painted frescoes in Perstorp's new elementary school, Oderljunga church, parish house in Örkelljunga. Siesjö had solo exhibitions in Kristianstad, Lund, Växjö and Limhamn. Together with Bertil Landelius he exhibited in Karlskrona and Borås and with Gustav Arne and Torsten Hult in Höganäs and with Grupp III. Since the mid-1940s, he participated almost annually in the exhibitions Kulla-konst in Höganäs and the Helsingborg Art Association's exhibitions at the Vikingsberg Art Museum. He also showed in exhibitions organised by the art associations in Ängelholm, Hässleholm and Landskrona.

Examples of Siesjö’s work are represented at the Helsingborg Museum and the Archive for Decorative Art in Lund.

Siesjö passed away on April 2, 1985 in Perstorp, aged 65.

Amazing Value
This watch and band Exceeded my expectations!! Attractive, well made, not too heavy, accurate time keeping, very affordable. I have watches that cost 15X as much, but I choose to wear this one!

Stylish for going out to a nice event, and comfortable
I ordered the CHEETAH Two-Tone Watch for Men for when I go out to nice places, such as to church. It is very attractive and mostly easy to read. It is difficult to identify the hands in some low to mid lighting because the face isn't flat and will catch a glare. The included tool worked well to remove some of the links to fit my wrist. When I first put it on I didn't like the feel, mainly because I hadn't made it as loose as another nice watch that I use and it felt different. I ended up wearing it for 3 days straight, including to bed and it was comfortable enough that I noticed it less than my other watch. Now that I'm used to the different feel I'm totally loving this watch!

Best watch!
Bought this for my husband. He gets so many compliments on it! It looks expensive and it’s well made! Only thing is he said some times the date is behind a bit. Other than that it’s very nice!
