Designed specifically for each motorcycle model—including the Aprilia RS 457 (2025)—these guards offer robust protection for both the frame and engine while also improving rider comfort thanks to the integrated rubber knee protector.

The high-quality nylon end caps complement the motorcycle’s aesthetics and are carefully shaped so they do not extend beyond the handlebars, ensuring they make contact before the footpegs in the event of a fall. The protector is supplied with gray rubber bands as standard, but Puig also offers a wide selection of colors to customise the look of your motorcycle. Replacement rubber parts and nylon end caps are also available.

For added versatility, Puig offers a 39 mm flange set that allows mounting an auxiliary headlight directly onto the R19 engine guard designed for the Aprilia RS 457.
