The abundance of white marl in the limestone soil explains the predominance of white wine production, as this type of soil is better suited to the Chardonnay grape variety.

Beautiful golden robe. The nose boasts a lovely aromatic complexity, with subtle oak and delicate buttery notes of white fruit, such as white peach. The palate is fruity, generous, and luscious with spicy notes (cinnamon and white pepper). A beautiful length and a generosity typical of the terroir.
