By choosing this design you prioritize adjustability and the performance of your car. Coilovers which will offer more adjustability for both damping settings and ride height, and typically provide more consistent and predictable handling characteristics. The initial setup for setting and spring rates is rooted in our extensive development and testing process. Individual preferences can easily be fine-tuned by making adjustments to the rebound knob or altering the ride height. You can adjust the rebound, means you can control the return to extension of your dampers, enabling you to attain the ideal road balance tailored to your specific requirements. With 12 distinct positions to choose from, each adjustment delivers distinct feedback and a unique driving experience. AST Suspension is a monotube design. It’s mid at best. Requires a little trick to get it to go forward and not just fly up in the air., it’s also not telescoping. It just comes apart into two pieces.

These ZenToes moisturizing socks are such a smart and effective solution for dry, cracked heels! I really like that they only cover the heels instead of the whole foot—no hot, sweaty toes, which is a huge plus.
They come in a pack of two, and for the price, it’s a great value. I also found that they fit well and stayed in place overnight. They were a bit snug around my foot, but still comfortable enough to wear.
