Something is very wrong between Simona's parents, and she flies home to Rome to find out more, only to witness the murder of Tamar, an American art student in front of her mother's new home. When the police connect the murder weapon to the apartment where Mama is now living, Simona has no choice but to sharpen her detecting skills. Was Tamar killed because she claimed to have found a lost Leonardo drawing? Because she was playing with drugs? Or had she discovered someone's nasty secret? Mama's best friend won't say why she kicked Tamar out of her home and Simona's philandering ex-husband swears he was only a friend. Then there's Prince Maffeo who gave Tamar a home in his dilapidated palazzo. And the American owner of the art school who took the student under his wing. Fortified by Mama's great cooking, Simona pokes into the dark corners of many hearts to reach the shocking truth about the murder and her parents.

A recipe for Pasta Allegria is included.

"Murder may provide the impetus for the action in this book, but it is the particularly Roman lust for life that keeps us turning the pages--and contemplating our next meal."
--Tom and Enid Schantz, "Denver Post"

"For the armchair traveler, evocative descriptions of the Eternal City make an interesting backdrop to a compelling mystery. The book will appeal to those who like Italian food (who doesn't?) and female amateur detectives."
--Elorise Holstad, "Deadly Pleasures"

"One of the joys of reading this book is discovering the city of Rome through Simona's eyes. Camilla Crespi makes the city come alive: you meet and see the people, the buildings, the streets and the plazas. And the food. Food is as important an ingredient in "The Trouble with Going Home" as murder."
--Ken Hughes, Critics Choice-America OnLine

Just lovely
Size: 8.5" x 5.8" x 1.9", Color: Orange
Purchased this several months ago and liked it, but I had received so many complements on this tray since then I had to submit this review. The tray is sturdy and put together well, and the size is exactly what was given before purchase.

Easy to place on remote, and stays secure
Color: Blue Glow
I purchased this remote cover to replace an older one that has become stretched out and doesn't stay on the remote anymore. This cover is of good quality, and fits well on the apple remote. The pretty blue color is nice and easy to see. It does glow a typical green color in the dark making it easier to spot at night. The silicone material helps to keep the remote from slipping from your hand or across the table or countertop. I love that it also keeps the remote from being damaged, should someone accidentally drop it.

Color: Glow White
Fit my Apple TV remote very well. The white color cover is easy to find and protects the remote very well. And, even easier to find in the dark as this cover glows in the dark! I wish i bought one long ago. You wont be disappointed. Great product!

I should have bought this years ago
Color: Glow White
One of the best items to invest in. I wish I would have known this was available before I dropped my Apple TV remote. I've never liked how small and thin the remote was. It's difficult to grasp and slips out of my hand regularly. It finally hit the tile floor on the corner with enough force to crack it but thankfully it still works. Once I saw this cover I immediately had high hopes. It slips right on and stays on. It gives the remote some much needed bulk. It's been a week and I haven't dropped it yet! Like others have stated, the Glow in the Dark "feature" is pretty nonexistent, so don't rely on that as your deciding factor. Just choose the color you like. My only negative experience, which I don't really blame on this cover is the lack of finger contact near the upper corners of the touchpad that controls the "jump forward 10 sec" while using PLEX media. The cover needs to grab those corners to stay on and I think the manufacturer did about as good a job as possible to keep the edges tight. The cover is just thin enough to allow my fingertip to push toward the edge to trigger a touchpad response. It takes a little getting used to but it works. I NEVER liked the Apple touchpad sensitivity/control on any setting so I blame the lack of control on Apple. I wish I had ordered the cover multi-pak just in case the corners wear out over time. But for now, I couldn't be happier with the results. I wish I knew it existed years ago.
