Suggested use:
Mix one serving of (65 g = about 2 flat scoops = about 4 heaping tablespoons) of product with 450 ml of water, preferably using a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
