How much wind do I need to ride with the Airush Ultra v4?

We've flown the Airush Ultra v4 in 17m with just 3 knots of wind. Of course we were riding a high volume foil board and a big foil front wing. 
If you want to foil with a small board and small foil, you can do it with an Ultra 9m starting at 6 knots, and maybe 4-5 knots with an Ultra v4 12m.

Can I use the Ultra v4 with a Twintip kiteboard?

Of course, this kite is great for light wind and not only does amazing for riding foil, but you can also ride it on a twin tip. For Twin tips, the main sizes are the big ones. The Ultra v4 kite will give you more power on light wind days and will start flying before all traditional kites, which will allow you to be the first one riding when the wind is just on the edge. 

The most sold sizes for twintip riding are 17m,14m and 12m.

Airush Ultra v4 for wave riding

Our Ultra kite v4 works great when we're riding surf with onshore or/and light wind. As the kite is so light, it stays on the air very well as we're riding the wave downwind. Other kites that are heavier don't have the Ultra's much drifting habilites and could fall easier from the sky and could end up being crashed by the waves.
