Chamomile is incredibly calming to the skin and spirit with its anti-inflammatory properties and sweet, herbaceous aroma. It contains the flavonoid apigenin, which has been shown to increase the hydration level in the stratum corneum, as well as aid in healing psoriasis and eczema.

Blue cornflower and rose are gently astringent, tightening pores and brightening complexion. 

Hibiscus and orange peel impart a dose of vitamin C and polyphenols for supple and evenly toned skin. 

Ingredients: chamomile*, blue cornflower, nettle*, licorice root*, calendula*, comfrey*, hibiscus*, rose*, orange peel. *organic.

Directions: pour herbs into a pot and fill halfway with water (this amount of herbs can be used for 1-2 steams). Bring to a boil, then let simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 10-15 minutes (steam will be hot, use discretion). Put your head over the pot and cover with a towel. Breath deeply! Apply some SOS Everywhere Balm and repeat. Steam for 10 or more minutes.
