The BLVE-AP Series is a boron carbide long venturi nozzle with a full polyurethane jacket and polyurethane threads — the most economical construction in the BLVE range. Designed for use with a 25mm (1") internal diameter blast hose, these nozzles are suited for high-duty surface preparation where aggressive abrasives are the primary media. The boron carbide liner maintains peak blasting performance and optimum air and abrasive consumption for significantly longer intervals than tungsten carbide.

Boron carbide is more brittle than tungsten carbide: careful handling is required, and rough handling on active job sites should be avoided.
