Marion P Green is a sixty-two-year-old retired/disabled licensed practical nurse. She has collected recipes for years. She is the mother of three daughters, grandmother to three girls and four boys, and great-grandmother to one girl and another on the way. She has taken nutritional classes and worked closely with her diabetic educator for this book. She loves to read and watch Korean dramas. She has one dog and four cats.
