The window is a fully electrical roof window with a hidden motor in the frame for a more stunning design and also making it effortless to open and close and can be done so by just using an app on a phone. The window opens to a 45º angle for amazing views and ventilation. The window can be manually changed to a centre pivot window for easier cleaning purposes.
The roof window has a rain sensor installed to help prevent any flooding to the property and will automatically close without any end-user input.
