MegaMag® Night is a magnesium-based formulation combining magnesium glycinate with vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12, alongside amino acids and botanical extracts. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while magnesium and B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The formula includes L-tryptophan, L-theanine, and Lactium® (a milk protein hydrolysate), as well as botanical extracts such as lemon balm and hops. This combination provides a blend of nutrients and plant extracts in a tablet format. Suitable for vegetarian diets and free from gluten and soy.

Very soft and comfy, but not thick at all

The blanket is very soft and comfortable. Its also the correct size. However We were looking for something thicker and heavier for a winter blanket. This isn't that. Its pretty thin and lightweight. Fine for spring - fall but not great for winter. We ended up using it underneath our other comforter. It also has an awful smell when you first open it and it takes a few days for that smell to wear off.
