The Delrin bushings help to eliminate the rattling and also keep the rack tight. Our spare tire system is manufactured from 1 ¾ Dia x .095 wall Dom steel tubing for added strength. The pivot bushing are machined from black Delrin rod, we use a 3/8” D clip lock pin to securely lock the tire mount.
