Palo Santo—Spanish for “Holy Wood” or “Tree of Life”—comes from a mystical coastal tree native to South America and belongs to the same botanical family as Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal. Traditionally used for cleansing rituals and grounding practices, its warm, uplifting aroma creates a calming atmosphere for meditation, relaxation, or intention setting.

To use, simply light one end of the stick with a candle, match, or lighter, allow it to burn briefly, then gently blow out the flame and enjoy the fragrant smoke.
