Doctor's Best Digestive Enzymes is a full-spectrum digestive enzyme blend designed to complement and support the body's own digestive abilities. Each capsule provides the body with enzymes designed to optimally support the digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates found in cooked and raw foods.
Digestive enzymes are responsible for breaking down food into absorbable nutrients. The most famous enzymes are amylase (facilitates the breakdown of starch), lipase (supports the breakdown of fat) and protease (specialized in the breakdown of proteins). Additionally, enzymes can improve the healthy bacterial balance in the gut by reducing the buildup of undigested food in the large intestine.

Ingredients: Enzyme mixture, protease SP Plus Blend (4 strains), dipeptidyl peptidase, bromelain, papain, invertase, cellulases, beta-glucanase, alpha galactosidase, hemicellulose, xylanase, phytase, glucoamylase, lipase, lactase, bacillus subtilis, modified cellulose (capsule shell ).
How to use: One capsule daily with a meal. The maximum daily dose is 1 capsule. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
