For best results, apply heat it® immediately after an insect bite.
To relieve itching & pain, the affected skin area is briefly heated to around 51 °C. Applying heat on a bite works to reduce itching and pain by interrupting the nerves transmission of stimuli. As the itch signal is no longer transmitted properly the need to scratch disappears. heat it® can work on many insect bites including mosquitos, marchflies, bees and wasps.
