ISO-PYRAMID IMPACT & VIBRATION ISOLATION PAD 25MM THICK 1m x 1m SHEET 10.76 sq.ft

ISO-PYRAMID is a molded shock and vibration isolation pad currently available in 25 mm thick by 1 m x 1 m square sheets. Iso-Pyramid is an extremely versatile vibration isolator that can be used in single or double layers beneath poured concrete slabs to create an acoustically isolated floating floor or housekeeping pad for mechanical equipment. Alternatively, Iso-Pyramid can be supplied as discreet isolators for lighter load applications.

One side of the Iso-Pyramid pad has individually molded rubber pyramids with the exact angle controlled by the molding process. They are integrally molded with a 6 mm thick layer of the same material. There is no bridging between the pyramid isolators except for this integral layer. Loading is up to 2,160 lbs per sq. ft. or 10,500 Kg per sq. meter. While evenly supporting the slab, Iso-Pyramid reduces contact with the primary building structure by over 95%.

Iso-Pyramids are self-adjusting to load. Light loads only engage a very small tip of the pyramid while heavier loads or impacts deflect the pyramids to engage a wider cross section of the rubber isolators.

Iso-Pyramid sheets are made from 100% re-cycled rubber crumb. The rubber crumb sizes and shapes are carefully factory controlled and are bound together with permanently elastic proprietary polyurethane binders.
