Der Power Rack Monolift SQMIZE® SQ300ML erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Power Racks der SQMIZE® SQ300 Serie. Dieses hochwertige Werkzeug wird einfach in das Power Rack eingehakt und mit einem Stahlstift gesichert. Der Monolift bringt die Langhantelstange bei Kniebeugen und anderen Core Übungen immer in die richtige Position. Walkouts sind nicht mehr nötig. Das Ablegen der Langhantel ist dank der offenen Konstruktion der Aufnahmen sehr einfach. Die Konstruktion ist für alle Langhantelstangen mit einer Griffweite ab 125 cm geeignet. Dieser Monolift ist mit einem Backstop, der ein störendes Pendeln des Lifts verhindert, ausgestattet. Das Design lässt Gewichtsaufnahmen von über 450 kg zu.
