Egal ob zum verschenken oder selber genießen, Bruschetta ist ein Gericht für Kenner. Das traditionelle italienische Röstbrot mit frischem Tomatenbelag ist einfach und schnell zubereitet. Einen guten Wein dazu – fertig ist der leichte, sommerliche Snack! Neben der traditionellen Verwendung, eignet sich unsere Bruschetta hervorragend um jegliche Tomatensoßen zu verfeinern. Besonders lecker schmeckt sie zu Pasta, Pizza oder als Aufstrich zu frischem Weißbrot.

Tipp: Damit die Tomaten das Wasser besser aufnehmen, gib der Bruschetta zuerst Wasser hinzu und lasse es ca. 30 Sekunden einziehen. Anschließend das Olivenöl unterrühren.
