Das BYODO Bio Bratöl Klassik wird ausschließlich aus "high-oleic" Bio-Sonnenblumenkernen hergestellt. Diese spezielle Sonnenblumensorte zeichnet sich durch ihren hohen Gehalt an Ölsäure aus, einer einfach ungesättigten Fettsäure, die sich hervorragend für das Erhitzen eignet. Durch eine schonende Desodorierung des kalt gepressten Öls werden hitzeempfindliche Farb- und Geschmacksstoffe reduziert. Das Ergebnis ist ein hocherhitzbares Bratöl mit einem milden Geschmack, perfekt geeignet zum Braten, Grillen und Frittieren.
