Nase

Der Meunier sur Sableist ein Champagner, der zwischen Ernsthaftigkeit, Eleganz, Finesse und ungetrübter Lebenslust pendelt. Er erinnert an gerade reif gewordene Aprikosen und Pfirsiche, an Zitronen und Grapefruits mit Schalen, an zerstoßenem Kalk, an Rhabarber und Granatapfelsaft, an Süßholz und Mandelsirup.

Gaumen

Am Gaumen ist der Champagner zunächst verführerisch rund und seidig, wird dann auch hier immer ernsthafter, trockener und kreidiger. Hier findet man wieder das heimische Steinobst, die Zitrusfrüchte, aber auch ein wenig reife Mango, indische Gewürze und trotz der fehlenden Dosage eine leichte Extraktsüße sowie eine leichte Vanille-Holznote. Das ist komplexer und kompletter Champager, dem aber auch am Gaumen die Lebenslust und Freude keineswegs abgeht.
